The Moss / chemical application process is a chemical spray to kill and loosen the Moss from your roof and then clean the roof over a period of time. The weather does the rest of the work so you won't have to.

The Moss removal/ chemical application process. Once your roof is sprayed it can take up to 1 year to completely fall off your roof (depends on the area and concentration of Moss growth). With all our Moss or chemical removal applications we give you our valued customer a full 3 year warranty. We can after a period of time once the moss or lichen growth has loosened from the roof,  waterblast the dead moss & lichen off your roof if required, just give us a call and we can quote on that too.

We do not advise waterblasting your roof before applying the Chemical Moss application as water blasting first just spreads the Moss and Lichen spawns around and they can regrow. The other advantage of the Chemcal Moss application is that it loosens the growth from the roofing material, this causes less damage to the roof surface and is offers more of a long term benfit than High pressure waterblasting.
