1) First we treat your roof for moss, lichen, algae and fungus.
2) Then we water blast the roof clean.
3) Next we make the required roof repairs on your tile roof eg, replace or repair tiles & re-mortar/re-point the ridge and hip caps.
4) Once the roof repairs are complete, we apply the first cost of Clay tile sealer.
5) Next we'll apply the 1st coat of colour glaze.
6) Finally, we'll apply the 2nd coloured glaze coat, to protect your roof from the elements.
